1. Scope of Services:
Long Reach Tactical (LRT) offers high-quality military-style instruction in a variety of shooting disciplines, catering to shooting enthusiasts who are members of home office-approved shooting clubs. Our services include but are not limited to:

  1. Firearms training sessions
  2. Tactical shooting courses
  3. Tactical style workshops
  4. Specialized firearms specific workshops

 

2. Participant Requirements:
Our services are open to individuals of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced shooters. Participants must be members of home office-approved shooting clubs and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding firearm ownership, possession, and use. 

 

3. ID verification: Additionally, all participants are required to present a valid form of legal identification on the day of the course to confirm their identity. Acceptable forms of ID include but are not limited to a driver's license, passport, or national ID card, UK government ID, MOD90 military, or emergency service ID. 

 

4. Safety Regulations:
Safety is our top priority. Participants are required to adhere to all safety protocols and instructions provided by our instructors during training sessions and courses. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in immediate dismissal from the premises.

 

5. Booking and Cancellation:
To book a training session or course, participants must complete the registration process and provide any required documentation.

a. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your reservation or appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness to all parties involved.
b. Cancellation Period:
We require a minimum notice period of 5 days (120 hours) for cancellations.

c. Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your reservation or appointment, please contact us directly via phone, email. Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation, if possible.

 

6. Refund Policy:

a. Cancellations made within the specified notice period may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the type of reservation or service booked.

b. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

 

7. Unforeseen Circumstances:

a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters, travel disruptions), we will assess each situation individually and strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

b. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer alternative booking dates, credit for future services, or a full/partial refund, subject to our discretion and the terms outlined in our policy.

 

8. No-show Policy:
Failure to cancel a reservation or appointment within the specified notice period without prior communication will be considered a "no-show."

a. No-shows with no reason given will result in forfeiture of any prepaid fees and may incur additional charges.

 

9. Changes to the Reservation:

a. If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as rescheduling or modifying the services requested, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

 

10. Policy Review:

a. We reserve the right to amend or update our cancellation policy without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

 

11. Liability Waiver:
By participating in our training sessions and courses, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with firearms training and shooting activities. Long Reach Tactical (LRT) and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or will-full misconduct. All who participate in Long Reach Tactical (LRT) packages will have to fill out and sign a liability waiver, give proof of being a member of a home office approved club and a section 21 declaration form prior to participate in any activities.

 

12. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises with no refund. Behaviours that would result in removal from the course and/or premises can include but aren't limited to, physical violence, abusive acts or language towards staff/course attendees/general public, aiming loaded weapons at anyone intentionally.

 

13. Intellectual Property Rights:
All materials, including but not limited to training manuals, instructional videos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Long reach tactical (LRT) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

 

14. Media usage:

All media utilized by Long Reach Tactical (LRT) depicts and represents experiences directly associated with the owners and employees of Long Reach Tactical. In instances where individuals' identities or proprietary information are involved, appropriate measures such as blurring faces or editing photos have been undertaken to safeguard their privacy and confidentiality. The depicted imagery predominantly consists of members of the Long Reach Tactical (LRT) team or has been directly captured by authorized members of the team.
The images depicted in advertisement are sourced from our experiences during service in the Royal Marines. They are used solely for the purpose of illustrating our team's backgrounds and identities. Please note that these images do not directly represent the services or experiences customers will receive.

Furthermore, the media has been edited to adhere to privacy regulations and operational security protocols, including the removal of identifiable faces or sensitive information.

We confirm that all photos utilized in this advertisement are our own and taken by members of Long Reach Tactical Ltd.

b. Course preferences: Information related to the courses participants are interested in or have booked.

c. Demographic information: Gender, occupation, etc.

d. Other relevant information: Any additional details provided voluntarily by the participants.

 

17. Storage of Data:

The collected data is stored securely in LRT's database. The data remains in the database until one of the following conditions is met:

a. The participant attends the course they have booked onto, after which their information may be retained for a reasonable period for administrative and record-keeping purposes.

b. The participant decides not to attend the course, in which case their information is promptly deleted from the database to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and to respect the participant's decision.

 

18. Use of Data:

LRT may use the collected data for various purposes, including but not limited to:

a. Course administration: Contacting participants regarding course details, scheduling, updates, and reminders.

b. Customer support: Providing assistance, addressing inquiries, and facilitating refunds or other related requests.

c. Payment processing: Handling payments for course registration fees or other relevant transactions.

d. Email advertisement: Sending promotional materials, offers, or updates about LRT's services, courses, and related products or events.

e. Personalization: Tailoring course recommendations and communications based on participants' preferences and interests.

f. Internal analysis: Analysing data trends to improve services, assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and enhance the overall participant experience.

 

19. Protection of Data:

Long Reach Tactical (LRT) is committed to protecting your personal information. As part of this commitment, LRT is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our adherence to the ICO guidelines ensures that your data is handled in compliance with the highest standards of data protection and privacy.

 

LRT is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of participants' personal information. Measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. These measures may include encryption, firewalls, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training on data protection best practices.

 

20. Sharing of Data:

LRT does not share or sell participants' personal information to any third parties, including associated companies or partners of LRT, without explicit consent from the participants. The data collected is used solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and is not disclosed unless required by law or necessary for the provision of services (e.g., sharing information with course instructors or relevant authorities for administrative purposes).

21. Governing Law:
Long Reach Tactical (LRT) operates in compliance with the regulations and guidelines set forth by the UK Home Office firearms regulation laws. Our commitment to upholding these standards ensures the safety, legality, and professionalism of our services.

22. Firearms Licensing:

We require all participants to possess a valid firearms license in accordance with UK law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their firearms license is up-to-date and valid for the activities conducted during our training sessions and courses.

23. Safe Handling and Storage:

We prioritize safe handling and storage practices. Participants are expected to adhere to all safety protocols and instructions provided by our instructors to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a secure training environment. When weapons aren't in use they are to be unloaded, faced in as far direction with magazines off and/ or bolts open to the rear to show the chamber is clear. Chamber flags are advised but not required.

24. Training and Instruction:

Our instructional programs and courses are designed to meet the standards of UK shooting regulations. We are committed to providing comprehensive and effective training that aligns with industry best practices and promotes responsible firearm usage.

25. Military-Inspired Training Disclaimer:
Long Reach Tactical is committed to providing high-quality tactical and shooting coaching services. Due to some of the instructors that long reach tactical uses being serving military members, our instructors bring expertise and insights gained from military training to enhance the training experience for our clients.

However, it's important to note that while our coaching methods may draw from military-style training, we strictly adhere to ethical standards and legal obligations. We do not teach techniques or share information that could compromise the safety, security, or effectiveness of our service men and women worldwide.

At Long Reach Tactical, we prioritize responsible and ethical training practices. Our goal is to empower our clients with valuable skills while upholding the integrity and professionalism of military training standards.

By engaging in our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these principles and understand that our training does not involve the dissemination of classified information or the instruction of skills that could endanger our armed forces or compromise national security.

a. By participating in our training sessions and courses, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the regulations and guidelines set forth by UK firearms legislation. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in disciplinary action and/or removal from premises/range.

 

Please note that our adherence to government regulations is subject to change based on updates and amendments to UK firearms legislation guidelines. We reserve the right to modify our policies and procedures accordingly to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
